Introduction
Welcome to GainArc (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and the (“Platform”) available at www.gainarc.com (“Website”).

By registering on our Platform or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. User Accounts & Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, WhatsApp number, email address, birthday, and gender.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are liable for all activities that occur through your account.
  • OTP Login: We provide a One-Time Password (OTP) login system via WhatsApp. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your phone and WhatsApp account.
  • Referral System: A valid referral code is required for registration. A referrer may only have a maximum of two (2) direct referrals. Misuse of the referral system is prohibited.
  • Account Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

2. Deposits

  • Method: All deposits must be made in USDT on the TRC20 network.
  • Process: Upon creating a deposit request, you will be provided with a unique amount containing several decimal places. You must send the exact unique amount to the specified wallet address for the transaction to be identified successfully. Sending an incorrect amount or to a wrong network may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
  • Fees: A 2% processing fee will be applied to your deposit amount.
  • Verification: Our system automatically detects transactions on the blockchain. Once the transaction is confirmed, the funds will be credited to your “Top Up Balance.”
  • No Refunds: All deposits are final and non-refundable.

3. Investment Packages

  • Activation: Packages can be purchased using your “Top Up Balance”.
  • Package Limit: You may activate the same package a maximum of two (2) times.
  • Earnings: Each package comes with a specific daily interest rate, earning delay period, and a validity period as described in the package details.
  • Expiration: Packages with a set duration will become inactive on their expiry date.
  • Maxout Limit: Each active package increases your total earning and withdrawal limit, referred to as the “Maxout Limit”.

4. Earnings & Commissions

  • Daily Earnings: Earnings are calculated daily based on your active packages, after any applicable delay period.
  • Commissions: We offer a multi-level referral commission system. You will be paid commissions on package activations by users in your downline.
  • Balance Types: Your account has three balance types: “Top Up Balance,” “Earning Balance,” and “Commission Balance”.
  • Investment Risk: Please be aware that all investments carry risk. Past performance is not an indicator of future results. GainArc does not guarantee any specific return on investment.

5. Withdrawals

  • Method: Withdrawals are processed in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address you provide.
  • Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is $25.
  • Multiples: The withdrawal amount must be a multiple of 25 (e.g., $25, $50, $75).
  • Fees: An 8% withdrawal fee will be deducted from the requested amount.
  • Wallet Address: Providing the correct USDT TRC20 wallet address is entirely your responsibility. GainArc is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address.
  • Wallet Address Lock: If you change your wallet address, withdrawals will be temporarily locked for 32 hours for security reasons.
  • Cooldown Period: A 5-day cooldown period applies after each withdrawal, during which you cannot make another withdrawal.
  • Limit: Your withdrawals are subject to your total “Maxout Limit”.

6. Communication

  • Primary Methods: The primary methods for communication are WhatsApp and Email.
  • User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the WhatsApp number and email address you provide are correct and active.
  • Consent: By registering, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages via WhatsApp and email.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
  • Using fraudulent information.
  • Exploiting bugs or loopholes in the system.
  • Engaging in any illegal activities.
  • Attempting to manipulate the referral or commission system.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • GainArc does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • GainArc is not a licensed financial advisor. All investments involve risk.
  • GainArc will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to market volatility, user error (e.g., sending funds to the wrong address), or technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The GainArc name, logo, and platform content are the property of GainArc and are protected by copyright laws.

10. Modification of Terms

  • GainArc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
  • Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting customer support.
